News dates and incident dates differ. Vendor status is a dated snapshot, not a live availability guarantee. Confirmed incidents, vulnerabilities, research and policy are labelled separately. The collection does not establish one coordinated campaign. Unknown affected-user totals remain unknown; attempts, downloads and account records are not interchangeable victim counts.

Priority guide. Critical means act now if exposed; High means establish applicability and an owner today. An asterisk highlights especially conditional exposure. These are editorial operational judgments, not CVSS scores or a universal ranking of vendors.

Review scope. This edition refreshes active supplier notices, runtime and trust remediation, and new primary research. Older background and watch entries retain their explicit evidence dates. The original topic numbers remain stable; 27 and 28 are additions, not claims of incidents first occurring today.
